My biggest lessons from posting 200 times

  1. Optimise your bio - make it very clear and straight to the point

  2. Make sure your profile is searchable - use keywords in your bio so your audience can find you

  3. Make your value proposition clear - why should anyone follow you and what can they expect from you?

  4. Make your content quick and easy to consume

  5. Showing your face on your feed and stories is crucial to connect with your audience

  6. Pay attention to trending post formats (e.g reels) and embrace them. Be an early adopter

  7. Do not join engagement groups (or buy followers)

  8. Frequency matters on Instagram - posting consistently is key (apart from reels, IG only shows content that happened 24-48 hours ago)

  9. Be original (with your content and design)

  10. Your caption headline and reel cover image play a huge role in your posts performance
