The Best Coffee in Remuera?

Not only does Beanee Eatery on Remuera Road serve the perfect cup of coffee in terms of flavour, strength and temperature but they also dish up some amazing brunch meals. It’s now wonder they’re so popular with the locals and currently have a 5 star rating on Google.

When it comes to brunch, I can never go past a good eggs benny. This one was very satisfying, I loved the crunch of the potato rosti’s, the creamy beetroot hollandaise and perfectly poached eggs.

For those that enjoy a little sweet + savoury combo, the Chicken Bacon Waffle would be another great choice. The chicken was nice and crispy and it was quite a moorish plate of food.

I also noticed that they have Mince & Cheese Toasties on the menu so naturally I couldn’t resist trying one. It was super tasty (could have done with a bit more of a gooey cheese though) and like any good m&c pie, must be eaten with loads of tomato sauce.

For me, service is also equally as important as the food and the team here are so lovely. They even provide blankets if you feel the cold and they’ll no doubt make you feel instantly welcome.
